How to move the WP-DBManager folder
Moving the wp-db manager file when getting the message your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public:
To move the folder
1. Connect with your FTP client to your website
2. Go to the public_html folder double left click on it
3.Go to the wp-content folder
4. Go to plugins
5. Scroll down to wp-db manager double click on it
6. Find file named htaccess.txt, right click on it and download it
7. Delete file from the wp-db manager folder
8. Go back to wp-content folder
9.Go to backup-db
10. Upload the htaccess.txt from your desktop into the backup-db folder
11. High-light and right click on the htaccess.txt file and click rename
12.Un-high light it hit back space to delete the .txt and rename to .htaccess
13. Check you wp-dashboard, the message about your back up folder being visible to the public should be gone.
P.S. You did exactly what it told you to do, you moved the .htaccess file from wp-content-plugins-wp-dbmanager to home/yourdomain/public_html/wp-content/backup-db
