yeah..success! thanks for this guide. For anyone a little dopey like me who takes a few goes at this, make sure you delete the WHOLE file name and just use .htaccess )

Hi Carolin, I just wanted to thank you for posting this set of instructions for correcting the error for WP-DBManager. I've looked at the File Manager recently for other issues and never did anything with it. You know, worrying I might really mess something up… Anyway, thanks to you, I did it!!!
